Role: HR / Recruitment Specialist

People are this charity's greatest resource.

The charity needs to ensure it is recruiting the right people, with the right skills to fill its volunteer roles. As a result, we require the skills of a HR / Recruitment specialist to manage the recruitment process and to ensure the charity has the correct documentation, training and support tools in place.

The HR / Recruitment Specialist is a Trustee role.

As a Trustee you will also be involved in setting the charity's vision & objectives, ensuring the charity has the required capabilities to achieve its objectives and that the Charity is operating in a safe and compliant manner.
